To guarantee a product in perfect efficiency and excellent performance, all Imetec plates are carefully tested one by one. This is the reason why there may be a small residue of water in the tank, which in no way affects the operation of the iron.
To avoid water leaks through the sole, it is necessary to use continuous steam or the steam jet only at the highest temperatures, between 3 and Jeans.
To ensure a long iron life, use unscented demineralized water or natural mineral water.
