Preparation: chop the onion and chop the mushrooms and add oil to the container. Fry the onion and mushrooms for 6 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients (except the Parmesan cheese), stir and cook for 7 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
Chicken curry Ingredients: 90 g of frozen peas, 100 g of zucchini, 600 g of chicken breast, 150 g of onion, 250 g of coconut milk, 1.5 tablespoons of green curry paste, 1.5 tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
Preparation: cut the zucchini into cubes and the chicken breast into small pieces. Chop the onion finely. Add oil to the container. Fry the onion and chicken for 4 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Cook for 4 minutes and serve.
Chili and meat Ingredients: 300 g of onion, 800 g of minced meat, 1 small red chili, 600 g of canned beans, 500 ml of tomato sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 300 g of canned corn , salt and pepper.
Preparation: chop the onion and chili. Add the oil to the bowl and fry together with the minced meat. Add the rest of ingredients. Cook for 7 minutes and serve.
Chocolate cake Ingredients: 70 g of dark chocolate (50% cocoa), 70 g of butter, 60 g of powdered sugar, 3 egg yolks, 1 lightly beaten egg white, 300 g of 550-type wheat flour, 4 refractory molds .
Preparation: prepare the ingredients. Add powdered sugar to the melted butter and chocolate mixture. Add the egg yolk, flour and egg whites and stir. Pastel de chocolate
Ingredientes: 70 g de chocolate negro (50 % de cacao), 70 g de mantequilla, 60 g de azúcar en polvo, 3 yemas de huevo, 1 clara de huevo ligeramente batida, 300 g de harina de trigo tipo 550, 4 moldes refractarios.
Preparación: preparar los ingredientes. Añadir el azúcar en polvo a la mezcla de chocolate y mantequilla derretida. Agregar la yema de huevo, la harina y las claras de huevo y remover. Verter el contenido en los moldes y cubrir cada uno de ellos con film transparente. Colocar los moldes en la cesta de cocción al vapor y rellenar el recipiente con 200 ml de agua. Cocinar durante 16 minutos y servir.
