Gypsy arm with dulce de leche

Ingredients: 80 g of flour, 80 g of sugar, 4 eggs (approximately 200 g), 1 pot of dulce de leche.
1 Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. 2 In the stainless steel bowl equipped with the Flex beater, pour the whole eggs and start beating. Add the sugar and beat for 3 minutes at maximum speed until you get a very foamy mixture.
3 Replace the Flex whisk with the Delica’tool accessory. Add the flour to the egg and sugar mixture and mix on speed 1, 30 seconds. 4 Place a parchment paper on a cookie sheet and spread the mixture into a 12 "x 8" rectangle. Bake for 12 minutes at 180 ° C. 5 When removing from the oven, turn the cake over on a damp cloth. 6 With a very sharp knife, cut the edges of the cake to facilitate rolling. Let cool for a few moments, then spread the cake with the dulce de leche. 7 Roll the cake tightly and reserve the gypsy arm in a cool place.
